Unfortunately, the first smartphone with a low-power IZGO display "Sharp SH-02E IGZO Aquos Phone Zeta" is available only from Japanese mega-operator NTT DoCoMo for now.

Some online shops in your area can have it though.. or it can be available for ordering. Anyways, please, use the name i`ve mentioned above to request availability or for Google search.

The IGZO is not a phone but a type of display. IGZO stands for Indium gallium zinc oxide. It is being developed by Sharp and Semiconductor Energy Laboratories. You can expect the IGZO to be used in phone displays soon. Find more information about the IGZO from Wikipedia, click here.
