Hi Melissa. What I would suggest is that you just download a PDF copy of the manual and just print it. You can download it from the Huawei Valiant page.

But if you really prefer buying a hard copy, contact Huawei directly or the carrier you purchased your phone from. They should be able to tell if there's a hard copy of the manual available.
