When will you get round to sorting out the sound?
I have now been in contact with you for a month and still cannot listen to mp3 or radio without breaks in sound! This is just NOT good enough. CH (01621 819083)

Hi Kit. The Informr is not affiliated to any manufacturer, carrier, or store. I'm sorry to read what you're experiencing with your phone, but have you tried contacting the store/manufacture via phone again?
