Why is voicemail asking for access code when I never set any on the Alcatel A392G?
When I push the one (1) key it will not allow me to change my voicemail access code.
I never gave it an access code but for some reason it is asking for one and I can not
get prompted to change it. I have Alcatel A392G

Hi Sandra. Which carrier are you with? You can contact them for assistance to reset the password.
