What to do when Kyocera phone won't turn on?
sent text, pressed top right button to shut down screen, screen will not open back up. phone will does not ring when called. i did not put it in shut down mode. is there a reset?

I have a Dura Pro that I let run out and I could not get it to do anything but tell me it was charging. My wife, bless her, held down the power and the volume up button at the same time and fixed it.
Same problem yesterday morning. Was dead all day. When I got home, I plugged it in for around 15 minutes, and while it was plugged in, took out the SD and SIM cards. Then I held the power button for 15 seconds, released for a few seconds, then held the power and volume down buttons for 15 seconds. Rebooted with no problems since! Put the SD and SIM back in after it had booted up.
My duraforce won't turn on, I can't reset it. I turned it off and now I have nothing. The battery light is green when plugged in. I have charged it for hours and still nothing.
Any thoughts??
My phones screen went black but the buttons are still lit up and the red light appears when I charge it
My phone gets very hot. Battery app shows temp up to 185*. The battery drains very quickly. This happens all the time even after I restart it. Kyocera says they show no history of this problem.
Hmmm.. Maybe phone just ran out of battery. Make sure charger is working then charge the phone for at least 10 minutes. Try turning it on after.
