What to do sharpness is lost on pics and videos after update Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017)?
Updated Samsung software on J3 but selected EE instead of Virgin as my provider, now images have lost sharpness in pics and video

Hi Mike. I'm curious, can you try installing a different gallery app and use it to check your pics and videos? See if they look normal by using a different app. Let me know what happens.
