Hi SC. Unfortunately the haters love to leave reviews and those who have had decent experiences don't really take the time to share helpful feedback. This is the case with virtually all carriers. The reviews often get used to vent frustration.
We're looking at ways to improve the carrier reviews and are making a couple changes soon. Any feedback / ideas you have surrounding that would be welcome.
