I have an Xperia Z5 compact that I have had since August. It was bought as a brand new phone in a sealed box but there seems to be a problem with the microphone, I have tried a system factory reset and tested the microphone but when on calls to people am advised that they can barely hear me unless I use the headphone with a microphone. How do I find out if it is still under warranty?
Hi PMale. Warranty terms may differ on where you bought the phone. Usually, the phone has 12 months of warranty starting the day you bought the phone. Do you still remember when you bought the phone?
