How to make LG A380 ringtone to have constant volume?
Is there a way to make the ring volume constant on this phone instead of starting low and getting louder?

Just change your ringtone, you're probably using a ringtone that starts low and gets louder. :)
To change ringtone: Go to Settings > Audio & Ringtones > Sounds. Choose a different ringtone. Try it. :)
