Why won't Viber work on the Huawei Y3 II?

Hi again Juhan. Can you go to Settings > Apps > Downloaded > Viber > Clear data > Uninstall. Restart the phone and install Viber again. Please let us know if that fixes the problem.
The problem is not with the opening,who ever calls me on viber the phone does not ring and some times there is no notification shown for missed calls in viver. Also people hears my voice very low when they call or even when I call them with viber. Except viber all other things are ok. Please help.
