My son and wife got phones at Rogers, parksville,bc. Contracts were signed and they gave them the phones. Then after a few days the phones didn't work anymore. When calling they were told they need more info and 2 pieces of I'd. Since neither has 2 pieces. They are now stuck paying for phones that don't work. Is this he.way virgin gets there customers. Hi Maria. Sounds like you are getting a rough go of it. You mentioned both Virgin and Rogers in your question. Which one did you actually get the phones from. If it was Rogers, I would recommend you contact Rogers direct (we have the contact info here) and ask for their assistance. Surely someone there can clarify the status for you.
