There's an unidentified icon at the top of my home screen of my Sony Xperia SP. Can someone tell what it means?

Looks like a speedometer. Been trying to find the icon through a websearch but can't find anything.

I think it means you are in battery saving mode. If you go to your power settings I think you can toggle it on and off
