I believe that you have to use a specific email address before this. I have a feeling that there is a brand specific address which might be the one given to you here in the thread. However, I would like to ask other people out there because I am not sure if this is the only right answer. Hopefully, you can find a solution to your problem because this will be a tough task for anyone.
