Hi can you try this: Go to messages -> choose a message thread -> choose a message to forward and tap and hold on it -> on the top right corner of the screen, tap the 3 dots icon -> check if there's forward. Or are you pertaining to an auto forward settings? If it's auto forward, on my experience, this has to be a messages app feature. The user manual indicates the phone has Google Play store, I suggest downloading a different messaging app to setup an auto text message forwarding
