Starter 10 and iPhone
I can send and receive sms to androids without any issues but cannot do so with other iPhones unless we’re both connected to wifi. Is this related to my starter 10 phone plan and iMessage?

Hi Sandy. iMessage needs internet connection to send.
Go to Settings > Messages > Toggle iMessages switch to off
Try sending an SMS again.
