What are these writings that appear on the screen of my Samsung Galaxy Discover?

Some writings appear on the phone screen telling me about the pda, csc, h/w, smd....etc. i don't know to get it off and it really disturbing. please help me 

Hi tiffany. What were you doing with your phone when the writings appeared? If you have already restarted your phone but the same screen still shows up, I suggest you bring your phone to Samsung to have it fixed.
