How do I get the info on my SD card from old phone to be on the new one?

yes it does work on my old windows phone
I got it to work some but some apps I'm having to reinstall the info
Hi Dee. Can you try using the SD card with other phone? Just to confirm that it works. If it does, then it might be your SD card slot not working.
