Why does the screen gets off when I get a call on my Lenovo K6 Power?

i bought lenovo k6 power 2 days before but while calling screen turns black and turn on automatically when call gets end .. so i cant use any intemediate options please help how to solve that, Lenovo

Hi Trisha. That's normal, it is to avoid unnecessary touches on the screen. If you want to turn on the screen while in a call, simply press power button.
