I've got a Samsung SPH a660 on a 3 year contract with Bell Mobility. I've had the phone for less than a year. I'm now looking for another provider. DO NOT sign a contract with Bell. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I've been having text messaging problems for about a month now, and they haven't done ANYTHING to fix it. :x By now, I'm ready to pay the contract cancellation fee, just to get away from Bell. Which is a shame, because I like the phone. Reception is a bit tricky sometimes. If you can, look at other providers, or find something that doesn't require you to sign a contract. It's not worth it.
