hello, i was wondering if anyone could help me out, i just got this phone a few weeks ago and i am already having problems with it, it keeps freezing up on me and i find the only way to un freeze it is to take the battery out. so what i did was i went to Telus before the 30 days were up and told them the problem so they sent me another phone exactly the same, it also freezes so i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with this phone and if so how did u fix it??
