Why does Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo not have any Android updates?
Samsung note 3 neo n7502. why don't have any update of android version? pls

It's a decision made by manufacturers. My best guess is the hardware can no longer support the system requirements of updates or there's not enough users to work on an update.
