Can i transfer docd and picture etc to my laptop and same from laptop to mobile?
Do i need to install software?

Hi Rocco. Simply connect your phone to your laptop/PC. Once connected, check the USB notification on your phone and choose USB storage. You should be able to simply drag and drop files between your phone and laptop/PC by then. Another option is using the app AirDroid (link), you just need Wi-Fi connection to be able to use it.
