How to stop SM-J320W8's screen from going dark when making a call?
whenever I place an outgoing phone call, after I have entered the phone number and pressed 'call' the screen immediately goes dark
I can hear it dialling but must press the 'home' key beforw the screen will light up again. otherwise, I cannot see icons or number keys or speaker at all. how can I fix this please?

Hi Rick. Are you covering the top part of the phone? That's where the proximity sensor is located, it shuts off the screen to avoid accidental touches while the phone is near your face.
