I purchased a ROGERS Motorola V186 Much Music phone. There is a video and picture called "Crapper" that came with the phone. It is a picture and video of a man sitting on a toilet with his pants around his ankles. These cannot be removed my me. My grandson uses the phone at times and I cannot get the picture removed unless I give up my phone for two weeks. Motorola customer service blames ROGERS and Rogers blames MOTOROLA for the pictures. Any suggestions??
