I have a Zte maven the screen went blank during a  phone call and then the red light came on and it stays on it's not blinking. I've tried to hold the power up-and-down button and I did all that 15 seconds and all of that nothing is working the red light is still on I tried to charge it while I hold the buttons charge it for a while on the original charger it is still not working  does anyone know how to fix this my red light of death will not turn off holding the power up and down volume button is not working charging it is not working please help
