Hi Laceyy, If your chatr account has not been active or you haven’t paid your monthly plan fee for three consecutive months, there is a possibility that your account has already been deactivated. While there could be a possibility for the company to bring it back again, please note that their terms and conditions vary now and then. I suggest you give their customer service a call for faster accommodation/assistance.

Hi Lacey. How long was it not used? If not used in 3 consecutive months, the account expires. Please contact Chatr if the account is still not expired and want to reactivate.
