We were told by three different agents that they could prorate their US text/talk plans (we were only going away for four days). Now they are trying to charge us for a full month.
So, 1) what's the truth, and 2) why are their agents misrepresenting their packages.
I suggest you visit a Virgin Mobile store and talk to their customer agents personally. They should be able to explain their plans clearly and answer any other questions you have in mind.
