I am currently a Tracfone customer but would like to bring my phone to Total Wireless and keep my Tracfone number however when I try to activate my phone on Total Wireless and tell it I want to keep my existing number, the site hangs and won't go any further. How do I get it to move my existing Tracfone number over to Total Wireless during activation?
