After finally getting voicemail set up, I now find it’s not notifying me when a call has come in. Is this normal or is there a way to obtain notification of voicemail messages? I have a Alcatel TCL A2 cell phone and would like to decrease the number of rings required to trigger voicemail. It currently rings eight times before voicemail kicks in. Can I and how do I reduce the number of rings on this cell phone?
