How to fix network issues on the Lenovo S860?
I bought a Lenovo S860 Titanium Smart Phone on 24th August 2014. It has network problem, due to which I am really disappointed with the product. I am experiencing network issues consistently whereas my other phones, which are much low priced than this phone, work excellently with very good connectivity that too with the same sim cards at same places.
After buying this phone I updated the android version from preinstalled Jellybean 4.2 to KitKat 4.4.2. The network frequently gets stuck up and I come to know about this only when someone calls me on other phone and tells that my number on S860 phone is not reachable/ switched off. Also many time after dialing any number, the outgoing call is not connected by this phone, then I invariably end up rebooting the device & then only it starts working. I have tried same sim cards of reputed service providers i.e. Vodafone, BSNL, Airtel, Tata Docomo, which do not show network issues after installing in other phones, at same places

Purchased k3 note , worked one month now network problem, did the same as shown how to rectify the problem through online , but efforts are in vein , please advise how to rectify network problem, am using airtel and bsnl dual sim
Everything was working fine till date 2 days back...when suddenly i see 2 red "X" marks next to the network status bars for both the Sims in this phone...
I take out one of them and put the sim in a Rs1,000 Phone manufactured by Nokia and that works fine....
Lenovo P780..was the biggest mistake i did....bad camera, Hangs every now and then....and not this new issue with Signal not getting detected..meaning this phone is a Garbage now....
I have problem with Vodafone sim in my Lenovo s850 as i m not able to access internet .....where as the same sim card works perfectly in other phones
Never can understand when price vs performance too much for dual sim. Network problem occurred and i use this phone for business. Do Lenovo has gut to fix what u sell or just left the customer fade up?. I am former R&D staff for electronic comm devices. We never ask customer to stop buy our products... Do something its too long already..
I just irritate with lenevo phones. All phones has bad network coverage problem.
Compare to other phone. Lenovo is just nonsense network service.
And also bad helpline servics. They dont help.
That was my big mistake that i take Lenevo mobile. :/
I have purchased Lenovo S860 from amazon on line services on 06.07.2015. But it is not supporting the net work options from BSNL net work services. Kindly do the need full help. I am very much disappointed by this problem.
I bought my lenova A 6000 smart phone just 1 month back. Suddenly both sim is not detecting. Network is not accepting . i am using both sims are vodofone. I tested my sim with other mobile it is working fine means no issue with the sim card. I am very disappointed.

My lenovo smart phone get disconnected wi fi automatically after use. Each time I have switch on for use. Please advise me how to keep it s WiFi full time on.
I have recently purchaised lenove s860 but it has a network issue , when I insert a SIM card it never response . Which is very disappointing, if there is any solution , please let me know
Unfortunately, it seems that it's a common issue between Lenovo S860 users. Looks like the KitKat update has bugs. Found a forum thread from Lenovo website where someone, apparently, has a solution to the problem (link).
Please be careful when making tweaks on your phone. Good luck!
