Need a password that I do not have
I have reset my phone and now it is asking for a password and the 2 I have for (1) unlocking the phone and (2) opening voicemail/msg/phone do not work...Please help me...I'm elderly and this is the only phone I have..

iphone model A1387 It's a refurbished one I bought from Koodo " iphone requires your password after resetting" is what it says...
Hi Karen. Which phone are you using? Can you check the screen again. Is it asking for the a password or asking to create a password? Please let us know which phone you are using.
