My Y6 won't connect to the HiSuite software on my windows 10 laptop, why?

HiSuite tells me to go to my phone and "allow HiSuite to use HDB", which I have done. Then it tells me to tap "OK" which I cant do as it doesn't appear on my screen.  I can't take my photos off my phone and I can't put my music on to it either.  Please can someone help?

Hi Fiona. Close the HiSuite software then open it again but this time Run as administrator. Also try other USB ports and cable with your phone. Another option is if you want to transfer files between your computer/laptop, use AirDroid (link). You need a Wi-Fi connection to be able to to use AirDroid (phone and computer/laptop must be connected to the same network).
