Why won't my Doro phone ring even when volume is on?
My volume is on but I have no sound so miss calls also ring tone not working

Hi Linda. Which Doro phone are you using? If it's an Android Doro phone, go to Settings > Sounds & Notification > Interruptions > Always interrupt.
