Why won't my Motorola phone turn on?
My Motorola cell phone won't turn on unless I try to charge, then the little light will blink and the logo will come on, then off and repeat. It stopped working in January (when it would go to about 80% and then die). I also would like to transfer my pictures and videos to my other phone. Is there anything I can do?

You need to have your phone checked to determine if it's a battery issue or it's the phone itself. As for your files, if they're saved in your memory card it's easy to transfer them to another phone. But the best option would be to insert phone to a computer and copy your files there. Also, I would recommend having Dropbox or Google Photos installed to make sure you always have your photos and videos backed up.
