I'm using a panasonic t44.

My phone is always slow and it is getting hanged always.

It always showing an "App not responding " message whenever i open any apps like whatsapp,chrome,helo.....

And No messages are delivered from my phone while using the messages app.

Its ui is getting dark when the app not responding message is displayed and compelled me to shut my phone off either normally or by removing the battery.

What is the solution for these problems.
