Hi Kathy. Getting locked out and just forgetting your Google account information is one thing. Totally not having entered a Google account is a nightmare. It's more difficult as you don't have any options to open your phone. Doing a hard reset is a possible solution but not a guaranty that it'll work. If it does, all your phone's content will be wiped out.
