How to unfreeze Kyocera Hydro?

My phone froze up about an hour ago if the carousel hydro I cannot get it to unfreeze what do I do?

just hod down the power button for about 15 seconds

Yeah Carl P. That doesn't work when it I a touch scree and you have to touch power off in the middle of the screen to turn it off.

Press and hold power key 'til it shuts off. Then turn it on again.
