Am I eligible for an upgrade if my Rogers contract is finished?

Still have my plan but contract is finished. Am I eligible for upgrade if I sign up again

I am in the same dilemma. I logged onto my Rogers online account to see what my discounted rates would be for upgrading to a new phone and the prices listed were the same as the prices they were charging everybody else. Talked to a Rep over the live chat and they stated that I would have to switch to a "Share Everything" plan and then I would be be able to see what my the costs for upgrading to a new phone would be. I am sure that wrong and that there prob. was some misunderstanding, but if they were correct then forget them.

Hi richard. I'm pretty sure you are. Directly contact Rogers to know which phones you can get for an upgrade.
