Why won't my Sony Xperia E3 shut down?
When i switch off the mobile it is showing power off. It is continuously showing that but it doesnt switch off.

Once your phone is frozen, it is gonna be a problem at times to restart, because u cannot remove the battery..!! Open the back cover of your phone, you will find a small opening/aperture written "off" above it. Use anything sharp and thing (for example a small pin, or toothpick) and press it for few seconds... You will find your phone reboots.
