What to do when my Kyocera phone froze and won't power off?
I cannot swipe it at all, or power off. With these phone's you cannot access the battery. Therefore, like a dummy, I decided to try taking the SIMS out, now that I have reinserted the SIMS it is reading No SIMS Emergency Calls Only! How do I fix these issues?

Hi Jess. Which Kyocera phone are you using? Try to press and hold the power button 'til it shuts off. Works most of the time.
