Why does email on my BlackBerry Q10 keep on disconnecting?
My email keeps unconnecting (once a day or so) (this never happened on my Torch) how can I stop this from happening? Torch info was downloaded to Q10

Hi there. I'm not sure why is that happening but some other users have been experiencing the same. Try this: remove and re-add each of your e-mail accounts to your BlackBerry Q10 smartphone. Let me know if this fix the issue. Good luck.
