How to fix Upload Mode issue on the Samsung R540?
My display reads: "UPLOAD MODE Mode: Emergency Port USB qdsptask.c 02864 BIOS interface for image %d not responding" What should I do?

You probably need to get the phone in to a full service repair center to have a diagnostic test run on the phone. It sounds like a device issue. source
