On your phone, forget the network then turn it off. Restart the router before turning on the phone. Try connecting after that. Let me know if that works.

Does this only happen when trying to connect to a specific Wi-Fi network or not? Also check if there's internet, maybe you're connected but there's no internet. Also check password (if it requires) if it is correct.
