My bill is due soon but I can't pay it then is there a grace period
To our understanding, there is no longer a "grace period" with Metro. They do however have a bill float / extension option as discussed at length here.
The extension is only valid however after the account has already been suspended and up to a maximum of 2 days.
If your account is about to be suspended and you haven't asked for more time, check if you're eligible in the myMetro app. Extensions allow calls and texts for 72 hours, but not internet services. You can only get one extension every 30 days and it must be within 7 days of your due date.
I just called MetroPCS and ask for a couple extra days to pay my bill. And she told me it would cost me $25 for a extension.. to be paid in the next 24 hours. And it would not go towards my bill... How crazy is that and normally I pay my bill a few weeks in advance.
I can’t pay the bill until the 25th of June 2021. Will my phone be suspended?
Tryed to pay on 4/25/20 but store was closed, not my fault. Will pay on 4/27/20.
Could we get our due date changed without paying the fee for it?
That's not good customer service if that's true sometimes things out your control happen
MetroPCS is a pay in advance service. Your bill is due on the same day every month If you forget to make a payment by your due date, your service will be temporarily suspended until a payment is made, if your service is suspended you can change your due date to a different date of the month.
This is a $5. bill cycle reset.
