Why does the Motorola Motogo Flip show a blue light on but no display?

Motorola WX416 is plugged in to charge.  All that is happening is a blue light is On - no display?

Hi ellen. Perhaps the phone has turned off when the battery charge was depleted. The blue light I guess would be the indicator to let you know that your phone is currently charging. You just need to turn on your phone so the display will show up.
