Micromax Canvas A1 - Android One (AQ4501) does not detect the Nokia Bluetooth Headset BH-110.

I have tried switching off the Bluetooth device and powering it back on
I made sure the phone is set to 0 timeout and is visible to all devices
I also tried to reboot the phone and 'Search for devices' no go

PLEASE HELP ASAP !!!
