After reading posts here about all the bad and bad rings tune... i made some reseach...

Is is possible to create our own ringtune with mp3 ? Are we able to put our own pic (taken with the cam or home made pic) and put it on the phone wallpaper ?

I think we should be able to do it... Just want to be sure... What are the best setting for the Mp3 ?
