Kyocera Dura Force Pro not ringing on incoming calls

This is a new or reconditioned phone that I received from Verizon and it does not ring when someone

is calling me. Is there something that can be done to fix this problem? I have had 4 of these phones in the last 5 weeks.  Is there something that I can do to make it work if I take it back to Verizon they just

want to give me another Dura Force Pro or act like they are giving me another phone that is better.                 

I have the same problem. I check the call volume and do not disturb, they are ok. 

I can check those I get a call unless I feel the vibrate I don't know there is a call. I check again and find the call volume is off. What the heck is going on 

My friend has had this problem several times after checking all of the above I just restarted his phone and it did fixed the problem.Not sure what is causing it.Hope this helps

I'm having the same problem. And, yes, I checked the ring volume and the "Do not disturb" controls. I am wondering if it is the spam blocker that Verizon was promoting last month.

Hi David. Check if your phone is in silent mode or if Do Not Disturb mode is enabled. You might also want to check the ring volume by pressing the volume buttons while in home screen.
