What to do when keyboard crashed on my ZTE phone?
I can not use my keyboard. It says keyboard has crashed and I need to download an update. But when the update comes up it says the phone will not allow update from an unknown source. To turn off my security off. What should I do?

Hi Sandra. Go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources, enable it. Let me know if the update works after that.
