i want to make a folder to store my apps in home screen. is it possible do create a folder?

Yes it's Possible. Just drag one app and put that app on other app it will automatically create a folder.
It depends on which home home launcher you are using. Some have an option to create a folder and some you just have to drag an icon to another icon to make a folder for them.
